Mark Pauline will be bringing the Assasination Prop resurrected from a performance in 1985 at the Area club in NYC. The prop is aboout the assassination of Japanese Premiere Inejiro Asanuma in 1960 by a right wing student. The event will be held at the The Hole Gallery curated by Jeffrey Deitch in NYC on November 5 2013. Below is a video of the SRL performance from 1985:

Mark Pauline tested the Spine Robot cinderblock hurling capability. Mark says, “Best throw was about 15-17 ft.” Video shot from a small drone. Distance of throw 16ft on the 3rd try. Standard Cinder block. Boston Dynamics’ Big Dog was only getting about 10-13 ft.
